The role involves supporting the operation and maintenance of plant equipment and leading the implementation of Condition Based Maintenance programs as part of a comprehensive learning and development initiative.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with equipment suppliers and plant staff to ensure reliable plant operations
Monitor and manage reliability-based systems, including preventative maintenance, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring
Develop preventive maintenance routines (PMRs) and bills of materials (BOMs) for new equipment
Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance programs (inspection, vibration, oil analysis, NDT, thermography, etc.) to maximize equipment availability
Analyze and eliminate repetitive equipment issues using root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, FMEA, and similar techniques
Support sustainable improvements in Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) for major equipment
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and availability
Coordinate SAP operations for PMR optimization and development with maintenance planners
Provide technical guidance, training, and development to maintenance teams, embedding reliability principles
Promote and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies; actively foster a culture of safety
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3 years)
0–3 years in mechanical/plant engineering, preferably in a heavy industry environment
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge of maintenance management systems
Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved PPE, including respirators where required
Preferred
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
