Provide high-quality outpatient care for adult patients
Work in a supportive, team-based environment with strong administrative backing
Focus on continuity, prevention, and chronic disease management
Qualification
Required
MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for Connecticut medical license
