GM Administrative Assistant

Perform clerical and administrative duties to assist the General Managers or Directors
Maintain open communication with department heads, managers, and staff to ensure smooth operations
Schedule appointments, give information to callers, take dictation, and handle various clerical tasks
Follow Company Standards for guest service and maintain a positive and professional attitude
Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be able to pass the typing and grammar tests
Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
Must be able to legally work in the USA
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
