Responsibilities
50% field construction observation and troubleshooting on active job sites
50% trailer/office quality control documentation, including welding QC logs, RFIs, and technical issue tracking
Coordinate and follow up on quality and technical issues with site team, vendors, and engineers until issues are fully resolved
Perform basic construction quality checks and verify work against drawings, specifications, and procedures.
Maintain accurate QC records, logs, and reports in Excel/Word, and prepare simple PowerPoint summaries as needed
Qualification
Required
Basic construction knowledge (field environment, drawings, common trades)
Basic computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Physical ability to walk the site, climb stairs, and access work areas as needed
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and coordination skills
Preferred
Related engineering diploma/degree (civil, mechanical, industrial, or similar)
