Responsibilities
Secure placements in high-opportunity accounts: margarita programs, neighborhood bars, casual dining, and high-volume independent retailers
Drive repeat orders through menu features, cocktails, displays, staff engagement, and programmatic selling
Maintain an active pipeline and provide regular updates and market feedback
Qualification
Required
Proven spirits brokerage experience in Southern California with an active book of business
Track record of driving depletions and reorders, not just authorizations
Entrepreneurial mindset - you operate like an owner, not an order-taker
Strong organization, independence, and accountability to performance metrics
Full compliance with California regulations as an independent broker
Preferred
Coverage in LA, Orange County, Inland Empire, or San Diego
Experience building cocktail programs and retail pull-through
Spanish language proficiency
