Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale IT projects, including scope definition, estimation, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control while providing regular status reporting
Coordinate and oversee system integration and application development efforts to meet business objectives
Partner with business and technical teams to define project goals, success metrics, and delivery plans
Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, timeline, and budget
Proactively identify obstacles, analyze root causes, and drive solutions with minimal supervision
Ensure projects adhere to internal standards, governance, and best practices
Conduct post-project evaluations and support continuous improvement initiatives
Apply appropriate project management methodologies and tools based on project needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience managing complex IT or software development projects
Experience delivering projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms
Familiarity with SDLC, system integrations, and technical delivery teams
Preferred
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
