Responsibilities

Edit and produce high-quality short- and long-form video content; refine existing footage into clean, on-brand final edits; ensure videos meet brand, tone, and quality standards across platforms; collaborate with marketing and internal teams on content direction; optimize content for social platforms with a focus on Instagram; maintain organized project files and meet deadlines consistently

Required

Video production, editing, and content creation
Ability to create short and long-form video content
Familiarity with video formats, still photography, DSLR cameras, and production gear
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Organized, proactive, and adaptable
1-2 years of experience in video/photo production
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar tools)
Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Motion Graphics & After Effects
Experience with lighting techniques
Ability to cover events with photo and video
