Responsibilities

Represent the Above Market and At Market Procurement Team in business review meetings

Assist with information flow between functional stakeholders and sourcing teams to effectively deliver business strategies and strategic planning

Partner with functional stakeholders and buyers to align on key metrics of the business or function in support of the Operational Master Plan (OMP)

Own and measure cost improvement targets and projects. Report to functional stakeholders as appropriate

Monitor business goals delivered by the functional teams and help periodically reassess the targets

Identify specific cost improvement opportunities and present them to appropriate stakeholders for prioritization, resourcing, and implementation

Develop and share business forecast/demands with appropriate Nestlé support teams in the market and globally

Communicate business requirements to appropriate sourcing entities and ensure requirements are met in accordance to project timelines via forecasting methods

Lead and track key sourcing initiatives through conclusion across multiple stakeholder groups
