Naval Systems, Inc. is a small but quickly growing company that provides quality products and services to the Department of Defense. They are seeking a Senior Production Program/Project Management Analyst to support the PMA 276 Program Office, where the candidate will analyze requirements, budget, and schedules while performing management and technical analyses related to aircraft and project acquisition.

Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules
Perform management, technical, or business case analyses
Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
Track program/project status and schedules
Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
Qualification
Required
MA/Masters Degree preferred
Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, or an Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree
At least 10+ years' experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
Previous experience related to rotary wing production line
Secret Clearance is required
Must be a U.S. citizen
