Senior Concepts Analyst (SSECW)
C5T Corporation is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business headquartered at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. They are seeking a Senior Concepts Analyst to support the USTRANSCOM Strategic Plans, Policy, and Logistics Directorate by providing strategic expertise to integrate objectives and conduct analyses. The role involves developing strategic concepts, designing wargames, and collaborating with various partners to enhance strategic planning and governance.

Responsibilities
Develop and refine strategic concepts that mature USTRANSCOM and Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise equities
Design and support USTRANSCOM, Joint, Combatant Command, Service-led, and other wargames by creating realistic scenarios and logistics planning assumptions
Integrate USTRANSCOM strategic objectives, assessments, and wargaming outcomes into concept development and analysis efforts
Develop USTRANSCOM Strategic Engagement and Security Cooperation guidance in coordination with government stakeholders
Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and decision-quality analytical products for senior leaders
Collaborate with Joint, Combatant Command, Service, and interagency partners to ensure concepts align with Department of Defense strategy and operational priorities
Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve strategic planning, governance, and concept development processes
Qualification
Required
Master's degree with four years of related professional experience or Bachelor's degree with six years of related professional experience. Equivalent experience in lieu of education will be considered
Professional experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, supply chain management, strategy, joint capability development, governance, or Department of Defense strategy development
Current Top Secret SCI clearance desired. Candidates with an active Secret clearance and prior Top Secret SCI will be considered. United States citizenship required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
Strong written and verbal communication skills including briefing and presentation to senior leaders
Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience supporting Joint or Combatant Command planning, assessments, or wargaming efforts
