Responsibilities
Develop and estimate renewable energy projects, including solar, storage, and EV infrastructure
Collaborate with sales and project teams on proposals, site walks, and hand-offs
Prepare accurate cost models, budgets, and savings analysis
Support design, permitting, and procurement processes
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
7–10 years' experience in solar, electrical estimating, or project development
Strong understanding of design-build projects (not traditional estimating)
Familiarity with permitting, codes, and risk analysis
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Bluebeam, Helioscope, Energy Toolbase, or AutoCAD is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with Bluebeam, Helioscope, Energy Toolbase, or AutoCAD is a plus
