Information Technology Project Manager

They are seeking an Information Technology Project Manager to lead multiple workstreams for a major ERP implementation, focusing on transforming technologies and processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

Own the Project: Manage scope, schedule, and deliverables for critical ERP workstreams
Plan & Execute: Develop detailed project plans using established tools, coordinate activities, and monitor milestones to keep everything on track
Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and progress
Drive Improvement: Bring a continuous improvement mindset to streamline processes and promote efficiency
Communicate Clearly: Provide proactive updates on project status and deliverables to stakeholders
Lead & Support: Foster a collaborative team environment, coach others, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues when needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years in IT project management, ideally with ERP implementations
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps
Knowledge of data migration, security, reporting/analytics, and system integrations
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and travel as needed

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing environments
