Sales engineering
MORA TAKT PLAN is seeking a Sales Engineer with a strong technical-commercial profile to identify business opportunities within the construction industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering demos, explaining the value of the Takt Methodology, and supporting clients throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop commercial relationships with General Contractors and construction companies
Identify planning and scheduling needs in construction projects
Deliver system and methodology demos for Mora Takt Plan
Translate technical benefits into clear economic and operational value
Follow up with prospects through contract closure
Coordinate with the technical team to properly define project scopes
Maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in technical sales or B2B sales
Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical clients
Preferred
Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Knowledge of Lean Construction or Lean Methodologies
Experience or familiarity with the Takt Methodology
Existing network within the construction industry in Mexico, the United States, and/or Canada
