Responsibilities

Conducting complex analyses to support critical marketing and digital-investment business decisions; leading financial analysis for determining net present value (NPV), return on investment (ROI), internal rate of return (IRR) and profit loss (P&L). Executing financial due diligence and explaining ramifications of findings and recommendations for project progress
Creating structured presentations that leverage insights to tell a compelling story with tactical recommendations to senior management that quantify opportunities, risks, and alternatives
Developing innovative approaches to complex problems and situations. Conducting research and identifying new data-based opportunities to assess marketing performance and determining the parameters and success criteria for marketing and loyalty activations
Steering day-to-day operational decisions and communicating complex financial information and concepts to both financial and business leaders to support and influence decision making
Serving as a marketing subject matter expert with cross-functional teams to drive effective discussion and decisions around business investment and project prioritization
Working with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results and improve processes. Consulting with senior management to present data, propose solutions and identify opportunities for improvement
Being a thought leader for the marketing and digital teams and a mentor to junior partners

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C
7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and business planning
5+ years of applicable industry experience
5+ years contributing to and leading cross-functional teams
5+ years making recommendations to and influencing decision makers
Project management experience
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to present information to senior leaders
Ability to influence without authority vertically and horizontality throughout the organization and with cross functional teams
Ability to lead others
Advanced Excel, statistical analysis and financial modeling
Business analysis skills, with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage projects
Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
