Responsibilities

Manage recruitment and onboarding of BCBAs

Oversee and support clinical caseloads, ensuring quality and compliance

Collaborate with leadership to implement staffing strategies that meet growth goals

Utilize social media and digital platforms to promote open positions and enhance employer brand (social media experience a plus!)

Foster warm, supportive relationships with BCBAs, providing mentorship, guidance, and a positive experience throughout their journey with the organization
