Strong working knowledge of civil procedure and evidence
Experience drafting pleadings, discovery (both requests and responses), motions, settlement demands, and mediation briefs
Strong law and motion skills
Experience working with clients directly
Ability to independently identify issues and to litigate strategically
Strong legal and factual investigation skills
Excellent written and oral communication
Admitted to practice in the state of California
Learn pertinent medicine and standard of care concepts
Experience in summarizing discovery and medical records
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and four-year college degree
Admission to the California state bar and in good standing
Minimum 2 years civil litigation experience in California state and federal courts
Strong working knowledge of civil procedure and evidence
Experience drafting pleadings, discovery (both requests and responses), motions, settlement demands, and mediation briefs
Strong law and motion skills
Experience working with clients directly
Ability to independently identify issues and to litigate strategically
Strong legal and factual investigation skills
Excellent written and oral communication
Learn pertinent medicine and standard of care concepts
Experience in summarizing discovery and medical records
Strong litigation skills and experience in handling complex legal cases
