Responsibilities

Ensure timely order and delivery of products to customers

Identify opportunities to increase sales and act on execution plan

Ensure customers’ inventory are maintained at appropriate levels

Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to ensure highest levels of customer service

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

Customer service experienceValid Driver’s LicenseMicrosoft Office proficiencyOral communicationWritten communication

Required

High School Diploma (or GED) Equivalent required

Valid Driver's License and clean MVR required

Familiar with cell phones and laptop computer

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Strong customer service skills

Good oral and written communication

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

1-2 years Customer service experience preferred
