Responsibilities

Aligns business objectives with people strategies by integrating HR planning and change management practices to ensure the organization achieves sustainable growth and maintains a high-performing, inclusive culture
Consults with senior leaders to design and implement human capital strategies that strengthen organizational capability and culture, ensuring talent is positioned to deliver on business priorities and long-term competitive advantage
Executes cyclical HR processes—such as performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews—with precision to create a consistent, engaging experience that builds trust and drives accountability across the workforce
Drives succession planning for senior and critical roles by assessing talent pipelines and implementing development plans, ensuring leadership continuity and readiness for future business challenges
Communicates HR strategies and initiatives clearly and persuasively across all levels to foster alignment, improve engagement, and ensure employees understand how these efforts support organizational success
Identifies process improvement opportunities and collaborates with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services to implement innovative, scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall business performance
Partners with Employee Relations to apply fair, consistent, and compliant practices in handling employee matters, mitigating risk and reinforcing a positive, productive workplace culture
Coaches leaders through structured change management steps and ensures learning and development programs are prioritized, enabling individuals and teams to adapt effectively and accelerate growth in a dynamic business environment

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years in Human Resources or related field required
Consulting skills with the ability to link business strategies with people strategies
Ability to act as a liaison with leadership and the ability to guide complex change
