Skyutilitypack is an international logistics and warehouse company seeking an on-site IT Support Engineer / Network Support who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. This role focuses on providing IT support for warehouse and office environments, including network deployment and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site IT support for warehouse and office environments (PCs, printers, scanners, PDAs, etc.)

Build, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (routers, switches, cabling, Wi-Fi)

Support new warehouse / station IT deployment, including network setup and device installation

Ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT systems to support daily logistics operations

Perform regular IT inspections, incident response, and issue resolution

Coordinate with business teams and China HQ IT team when needed

Participate in rotating on-call duty during holidays or off-hours (as required)
