Responsibilities

Lead or be part of a team that completes technical planning, system integration, validation, and verification activities in support of programs and development efforts
Systems Analysis
Systems Evaluation — Identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance relative to the goals of the system
Demonstrated experience with designing, developing, and/or testing
Demonstrated experience in the architecture, requirements development, implementation, simulation, test, verification, validation, and/or debugging
Demonstrated complex problem solving and decision making
Must have the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Physics, or related Engineering discipline with a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
Must have the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
Demonstrated experience with designing, developing, and/or testing
Demonstrated experience in the architecture, requirements development, implementation, simulation, test, verification, validation, and/or debugging
Demonstrated complex problem solving and decision making

Preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well with internal and/or external stakeholders
Prior systems engineering and digital design experience
Knowledge of military and/or NASA component specifications, design processes, and hardware test/verification procedures
Experience with guidance and control avionics, including GPS receivers and data acquisition systems
Familiar with laboratory and test equipment
Hands-on experience with electronics integration, troubleshooting, and test methodologies
Active DoD Security Clearance
