Run production at your facility (not cradle-to-grave PM)
Be the face of the business with customers, earning trust and repeat work
Lead big teams while driving efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Spot risks early - before QA/QC ever needs to
Collaborate across the lifecycle from engineering through deployment and service
Qualification
Required
An electrical expert (electrician, engineer, or superintendent)
A proven leader in large-scale construction, manufacturing, or data centers
Someone who thrives in a production-first, scalable model
A polished communicator who can command crews and impress clients
A builder, operator, and relationship-driver rolled into one
