Responsibilities
Lead and mentor mobile developers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Own technical decisions across mobile architecture, development, and production support
Conduct code reviews and drive best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
Design and build scalable mobile solutions for complex business requirements
Lead native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development
Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, OAuth, JWT, and third-party SDKs
Implement and maintain Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality
Support real-time communication use cases (e.g., MQTT)
Partner closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders
Maintain clear technical documentation and architecture artifacts
Qualification
Required
4+ years of mobile application development experience
Expertise in native Android and iOS development
Strong understanding of OAuth, JWT, and API integration
Experience with CarPlay and Android Auto
Strong debugging, performance optimization, and code quality skills
Experience integrating third-party SDKs
Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with hybrid frameworks (React Native, Flutter, AngularJS, NodeJS)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
Understanding of mobile security best practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Automotive or Digital Services domain experience
3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred)
Stable work history with large enterprise organizations
