This remote position requires exceptional customer service skills to assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and transactions through high volume inbound calls.

Responsibilities
Supporting a residential services team as the subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter for customers in need
Address products, service needs, billing, and transaction inquiries via a high volume of inbound calls
Qualification
Required
Must sit in EST states and be able to work EST hours
MUST have 2-3 years of call center representative experience with preferably long job tenure
MUST have own wifi, and workplace set up at home
ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIMEZONE
An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic
Problems solving skills and a passion to create customer satisfaction
Previous customer service experience
Knowledge of basic office equipment and Office 365
Preferred
Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
