Account Manager
Surface Experts is a company dedicated to building outstanding teams and fostering strong relationships with clients. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients in property management and facilities maintenance, educating them about services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Meet with 10-15 contacts each day
Conduct on-site visits, phone calls, schedule presentations and email follow-ups
Engage with various industries like Property Management, Realtors, Hotels, Movers, and Construction Companies
Educate clients about our services and how we can meet their needs
Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
Earn trust through excellent service and build lasting relationships
Explore and research new customer opportunities
Track client interactions from lead to Work Order using our CRM
Report data accurately on a daily/weekly basis
Develop and execute a sales strategy for your territory
Qualification
Required
Goal-oriented, self-starter with a positive attitude
Highly organized and detail-oriented—you thrive on keeping things in order and staying on top of tasks
Enjoy working with people and being part of a team
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Professional, caring, and service-minded
Comfortable with a metrics-based, process-driven sales approach
Preferred
Knowledge of property management, real estate or construction industry
Experience with CRM tools
Background in a base + commission role
