Responsibilities
On the jobsite for 5+ customers per day
On-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-ups
Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc
Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
Track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool
Communicate with support team with questions
Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
Problem-solve repairs with creativity
Qualification
Required
Experience in either the process of fabricating or installing bathtubs
Knowledge of common tub building materials: fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel and acrylic
Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more on a regular basis
Ability to walk, sit, climb stairs and stand for extended periods
Must be able to wear a respirator for multiple hours each day
Attention to detail
Enjoy working with a team
Ability to manage your own schedule
Customer service experience
Excellent work ethic
Preferred
Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus, but is not required
An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. An art background is helpful, but not necessary
Willingness to commit to learning a skill that may take months to master
