This senior role involves owning and building backend systems for high-throughput, real-time crypto trading, focusing on low-latency infrastructure and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
Owning and building business-critical backend systems that power high-throughput, real-time crypto trading
Designing and building low-latency trading infrastructure
Developing wallet and execution systems that perform under extreme volatility
Working on AI-driven intelligence layers that continuously improve outcomes
Shipping production systems with a strong bias toward correctness, resilience, and speed
Using AI tooling aggressively as a force multiplier across development and architecture
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with crypto wallets, tokens, and/or trading systems
Deep production experience with Golang, Node.js, and TypeScript
Strong understanding of distributed systems, performance, and reliability
Deep familiarity with trading APIs, execution flows, and transaction lifecycles
Preferred
Remote (US preferred)
Strong preference for Austin, TX (office planned)
Exceptional candidates in Europe will be considered
