Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web and Windows applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and IIS
Support O&M across development, test, staging, and production environments
Perform system integrations using REST/SOAP web services and HL7
Monitor application logs for errors, performance, and security issues
Implement DoD security requirements, including STIGs, OWASP, and Section 508 compliance
Manage source control, releases, and configuration using Visual Studio and TFS
Support SDLC, Agile/DevOps practices, testing, validation, and documentation
Coordinate releases, patches, and occasional weekend maintenance

Required

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
7+ years of progressive experience in .NET application development
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET 4.0, MVC, IIS, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server
Experience supporting DoD or federal systems
Knowledge of application security and compliance standards

Preferred

MCSD or MCTS certification preferred
