Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with transactions and account inquiries
Educate customers on digital banking tools and services
Recommend banking products and solutions based on customer needs
Identify referral opportunities for specialized services
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with technology and digital banking platforms
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
