New Grad, Entry LevelAmrize is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator I (Haul Truck) to help build North America. This role involves transporting materials throughout the quarry and operating various mobile equipment while ensuring safety and compliance with protocols.

Responsibilities
Operate haul trucks, water trucks, fuel trucks, and other mobile equipment (front-end loaders, dozers, backhoes, graders, excavators, dredges, skid steer loaders) as required by quarry operations
Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections, complete inspection sheets, and report equipment issues or safety hazards
Correct minor equipment malfunctions or report issues to the supervisor
Perform site cleanup to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Maintain accurate counts of material additions and communicate with quality personnel regarding material blends
Communicate safety, maintenance, and production needs to supervisors
Assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
Work scheduled shifts, callouts, overtime, weekend, and holiday schedules as needed
Demonstrate a commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies, promoting a culture of safety
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and write
Experience working in varying weather conditions
Skilled in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting heavy equipment
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with other duties as required
Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved PPE, including respirators where required (must be clean-shaven for proper seal)
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Quarry or heavy equipment experience preferred
