Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining professional, accurate, and discreet communication by telephone and email
Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and government entities to request and obtain records and detailed information
Maintain organized case files, calendars, and internal records
Accurately document substantive communications, instructions, and case developments
Draft professional emails and template-based correspondence
Assist with case intake and ongoing case administration throughout the life of a matter
Provide settlement and litigation support to attorneys as directed
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Professional verbal communication skills and the ability to exercise discretion and judgment when speaking with clients and third parties
Ability to communicate accurately and appropriately within assigned authority
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow established procedures, and meet deadlines
High School diploma/GED required
Preferred
Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish preferred; other languages welcome)
Prior experience in a client-facing, administrative, legal, or healthcare role
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
