6+ years expLCRA is looking for a diligent Project Analyst to join the Operations Project Management Office. The role involves developing and analyzing project budgets and schedules, coordinating documentation, and supporting project managers while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and analyze project budgets, cost-loaded schedules, and accounting structures, identifying variances, resolving conflicts, and escalating risks as needed
Coordinate project documentation, contracts, invoicing, and records retention, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Prepare and communicate project status, progress reports, and support informed decision-making by project managers and stakeholders
Develop and maintain expertise in project management tools and systems, assist project managers in their use, and support the execution of projects
Provide a high level of customer service and promote team building. Build strong relationships with peers, stakeholders and management. Represent Project Management Office positively and with professionalism
Travel independently or with a small team to project sites as needed
Qualification
Required
Six or more years of experience in project controls, project management, accounting, business analytics, data analysis, budget analysis or administrative support or other relevant experience
A degree(s) in project management, business, accounting, finance, economics, engineering, construction management, math, science, computer science, information technology or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience
Preferred
Experience with P6
Experience with PeopleSoft
