Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Software Development and Product Development for innovative, customer-focused solutions, especially with financial software
Strong Project Management skills to oversee timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional team coordination
Experience in IT Strategy and Architecture to develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Ability to lead and mentor technology teams, fostering collaboration and innovation
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering scalable technological solutions
Extensive knowledge of financial technology platforms and related industries is highly beneficial
