Qualification
Required
Experience in a compensation / reward role within a corporate environment
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Experience supporting compensation cycles and market benchmarking
Comfortable operating independently and contributing ideas in a fast-paced environment
Confident engaging with HR and business stakeholders on compensation topics
