Responsibilities
Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair CT, C-arm, portable X-ray, and ultrasound equipment
Troubleshoot imaging system failures to minimize downtime and ensure patient safety
Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve equipment and workflow issues
Document service activities and maintain accurate compliance records
Participate in on-call rotation and provide emergency technical support
Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and hospital compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of healthcare equipment maintenance experience OR 1+ year of diagnostic imaging repair experience
Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing imaging systems
Proficiency with diagnostic tools, test equipment, and service software
Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment
Preferred
OEM, military, or formal imaging equipment training
Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills
