Responsibilities
Identify and research local businesses (20–200 employees)
Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Schedule introductory meetings for senior leadership
Track outreach and follow-ups in CRM
Coordinate discovery calls and site walk-throughs
Assist with proposal preparation and follow-up
Maintain pipeline visibility and accuracy
Support MSP contract renewals and up-sell conversations
Assist with local networking events and follow-ups
Support digital marketing efforts (email campaigns, ads, etc.)
Maintain basic sales collateral and messaging consistency
Qualification
Required
Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners and managers
Strong written and verbal communication
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to handle rejection professionally
Willing to follow a structured outreach and tracking process
Coachable and open to feedback
Benefits
2–8% commission, depending on deal type
