The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Altitude OS can transform their business operations through industrial automation using Generative AI.

Responsibilities
Execute high-volume cold-calling and email sequences to introduce Altitude AI to potential customers and schedule product demos
Leverage modern sales tools to identify, research, and qualify leads within our target market (System Integrators and industrial manufacturers)
Utilize HubSpot for CRM management and Clay for AI-driven lead generation and data enrichment
Learn the ins and outs of the Altitude OS to effectively explain the value of AI-generated PLC code to skeptical engineering leads
Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales techniques, overcome objections, and hit monthly meeting targets
Qualification
Required
Proven Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales or business development role, specifically with a track record of success in outbound prospecting
Technical Aptitude: A strong ability to learn complex software quickly and the curiosity to understand how industrial hardware works
Persistence & Resilience: You thrive on the challenge of cold-calling. You aren't deterred by 'no' and view objections as opportunities to pivot
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not provide visa sponsorship or H1B transfers for this position
Preferred
Modern Sales Toolkit: Familiarity with HubSpot and Clay (or similar prospecting/CRM tools) is highly preferred
Bonus Points: Industrial experience is a huge plus. If you have a background in manufacturing, robotics, or engineering, we want to talk to you
