Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of RSA solutions and associated components based on architectural designs provided by senior team members
Support the development of custom scripts and integrations
Execute test plans, including functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation
Document configurations and 'as-built' details
Maintain professional relationships with client technical counterparts
Participate in client meetings to document technical requirements and meeting minutes
Work in conjunction with RSA Professional Services colleagues to ensure the effective resolution of technical hurdles
Proactively communicate progress to Technical Leads and Project Managers
Prepare, maintain, and submit activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures
Understand that travel and/or flexible working hours may be required for project implementation depending on customer requirements

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance of up to Top-Secret is strongly desired
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT services, software development, or a technical support role
Demonstrated interest in Cybersecurity or Identity and Access Management
Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows administration and coding/scripting projects
Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
"Can-do" attitude with a high aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Foundational understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
Working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
Familiarity with standard protocols and technologies (LDAP/AD, SAML, SSO, MFA, PKI)
Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and information security fundamentals
Familiarity with (or a strong desire to learn) SecurID products and suite
Basic understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
