Responsibilities

Lead and support VDC processes for modular and traditional construction projects
Develop, coordinate, and manage mechanical and electrical system models
Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, and issue-tracking platforms for quality control
Track, manage, and resolve design and construction issues collaboratively with project teams
Manage data workflows, dashboards, and reporting using tools such as Power BI
Support and integrate modular design and construction practices where applicable

Required

ONLY U.S. RESIDENTS WITH VALID WORK AUTHORIZATION WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in VDC/BIM-related roles (for VDC Engineer)
Hands-on experience with Revit (MEP preferred)
Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks
Strong understanding of coordination and issue tracking workflows (for VDC Engineer)
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in VDC/BIM-related roles (for VDC Manager)
Proven expertise in managing VDC/BIM processes and teams
Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems modeling
Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, Revit, and issue-tracking platforms (for VDC Manager)
Experience with data management, issue management, and Power BI dashboards
