Responsibilities
The Management Trainee (MT) role functions as a Business Development Rep (BDR)
Responsibilities include customer acquisition, appointment setting, fact-finding, and qualifying leads for sales
The role supports Q1 marketing efforts by following up on email marketing engagement
Work involves calling existing CRM contacts, pre-qualified "warm" cold calls, and following up on web leads
Activities are varied, including short cold calling campaigns
The MTs focus on creating opportunities, not closing sales
Successful MTs are expected to transition to a full sales role within 6-12 months, where they manage the entire customer lifecycle
Training is structured, including a three-week onboarding, side-by-side work with supervisors, daily structure, call scripting, and feedback
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Ability to work fully on-site required
Interest in sales - previous sales experience not required
