Responsibilities
Translate customer requirements into efficient production strategies and processes
Assist in developing operations-related plans, budgets, policies, and procedures
Supervise employees, monitor activities, and ensure reporting compliance
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Maintain positive employer-employee relationships to support productivity, motivation, and morale
Prevent and resolve operational issues affecting staff and production
Motivate employees and foster effective teamwork
Contribute to departmental cost control and adherence to budget
Optimize operational processes to achieve greater efficiency with support from the Operations Manager
Promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental compliance across all work environments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of operations/production management experience in construction materials or related industries
Proficiency in Google Mail, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Frequent local travel to assigned plants (approximately 40%)
Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved PPE, including respirators where required
Preferred
Operations Management, Business, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines
