Senior Sales Account Manager
ENEOS USA Inc. is a global leader in advanced lubricants and fluid technologies. They are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager responsible for managing customer accounts, generating leads, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
Managing and expanding customer accounts
Fostering lasting relationships
Generating leads
Working to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
Developing and executing strategic account plans
Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities
Collaborating closely with internal teams
Actively communicating with existing and prospective customers to ensure their needs are fully understood and addressed
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and nurturing positive client relationships
Experience in sales, Account Management and strategic account planning
Expertise in Lead Generation and market analysis to identify new business opportunities
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with teams, partners, and customers
Proven sales experience and a results-driven approach
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment with time spent both onsite and remotely
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience within the automotive, EV, or industrial fluid/lubricants industries is a plus
