Qualification
Required

Experience in facility maintenance, construction, and repairs, particularly in paving, asphalt repair, and building conversions
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site and manage physical demands of construction or improvement projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders
Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining compliance on all projects
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Vocational training or relevant certifications
Experience in the self-storage or construction industry
