Creamy Fabrics is a movement for diversity, visibility, and responsibility in fashion, and they are seeking a Senior Influencer Sales Marketing Manager to build their US creator sales ecosystem. The role involves operational ownership of influencer sales, developing scalable processes, and ensuring successful collaborations that drive revenue and strengthen the brand in the US market.

Responsibilities
Operational full ownership of the US influencer sales ecosystem: creator pipeline, outreach, deals, briefings, content output, performance tracking
Building and managing an always-on creator program that generates scalable revenue growth and profitability
Responsibility for deals, campaigns, and performance KPIs including CPM negotiations, budget pacing, ROAS optimization & profitability control
Developing a data-driven creator funnel and testing frameworks for scaling, increasing conversion, and efficiency
Implementation and further development of operational processes, playbooks, tools, and reporting structures for speed & commercial excellence
Close collaboration with social media, brand, performance marketing, marketplace & management for an integrated go-to-market strategy
Analysis of US trends, platform mechanics & competitors to identify creator segments and revenue potentials early
Optional: Mentoring & guidance for junior team members or external partners to increase efficiency and output
Continuous optimization of our US influencer roadmap focusing on conversion, volume, and performance
Qualification
Required
Several years of experience in influencer/creator sales & marketing in a highly scalable brand or rapidly growing D2C environment
Proven track record in performance influencer marketing including revenue and ROAS responsibility
Deep understanding of US platforms, creator landscape, agencies, and performance mechanics
Solid experience in building or scaling influencer or affiliate programs
Strong in deal structures, partnerships, CPM negotiations, contracting & sales pipeline management
KPI-driven mindset: CPM, ROAS, budget pacing, testing frameworks, compliance & commercial performance
Hands-on mindset: You don't just conceptualize, you implement, test, analyze, and optimize quickly and accurately
Excellent English skills (native level)
Preferred
Experience with TikTok Shop, UGC Content Factories (100+ creatives/month), or Fashion/Beauty/Lifestyle D2C
