Customer Success Engineer

The Customer Success Engineer will serve as a trusted technical resource, assisting customers with setup, implementation, ongoing support, and troubleshooting of PsychAssist.AI's solutions.

Qualification
Required
Technical support and troubleshooting expertise, including the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
Experience in customer support with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and ensuring a positive user experience
Knowledge of network security principles and practices, including cybersecurity measures to ensure system integrity and data protection
Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address challenges in a dynamic environment
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer success
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering preferred
Familiarity with SaaS platforms or healthcare technology solutions is a plus
