Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth: Actively engage with inbound leads and proactively prospect new customers through outbound outreach. You’ll be the key player turning interest into confirmed sales

Build Relationships: Develop strong, lasting connections with homeowners, designers, builders, and trade partners by understanding their needs and guiding them through their purchase journey

Design Consultation: Provide expert advice on product options, customization, and installation details to help customers create the perfect door and hardware solutions for their projects

Accurate Quotes & Proposals: Prepare detailed and precise quotes and bids for projects of all sizes, ensuring customers have clear expectations and confidence in their investment

Order & Customer Management: Process orders efficiently, communicate updates proactively, and ensure a seamless transition from sale to production, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Team Collaboration: Work alongside sales and production colleagues in a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on craftsmanship and quality
