This role involves coordinating and executing daily fulfillment and packaging operations, ensuring quality control, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Accurately prepare, package, and label products in accordance with quality and safety standards
Support daily order processing and ensure timely fulfillment and shipping
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packaging workspace
Assist with inventory counting, stock organization, and basic inventory tracking
Coordinate with the operations team to flag low stock levels or packaging issues
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency
Contribute ideas to improve packaging workflows and operational efficiency as the business scales
Qualification
Required
Must have a personal vehicle (reliable transportation is required)
Ability to perform hands-on, repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Recent graduates encouraged to apply
Prior experience in packaging, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or production is a plus (not required)
