Responsibilities

Process account requests, photo submissions, meal plan changes, and balance daily transactions

Provide outstanding customer service to all students, staff, and visitors

Sell plans and accounts, actively participating in marketing and promotional efforts

Services plan participants, reconcile all transactions, and enforce policies and procedures

Manage inventory and supply levels, oversee paperwork scanning, and coordinate card mailings

Liaise with departments for card production, billing, and access requests

Oversee front counter operations in the absence of the Manager, including during after-hours as needed
