Business Development Manager
ASB Resources is seeking a Business Development Executive for their ServiceNow Practice, where you’ll lead demand generation efforts and convert conversations into customer meetings and strategic wins. The role focuses on driving new logo acquisition and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to enhance the ServiceNow footprint.

Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Demonstrated ability to align account strategies with revenue goals and execute outbound demand generation campaigns
Previous experience engaging C-level and IT decision-makers, with strong storytelling and value-selling skills
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), HR workflows, Security Ops, or Customer Service Management platforms. ServiceNow experience is a plus
Strong communication and follow-up discipline. Ability to manage a sales cadence across qualified leads
An understanding of AI trends in enterprise automation and interest in learning how AI can improve workflows, insights, and user experience
A collaborative, coachable and high-energy attitude with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet targets consistently
