Responsibilities

Set area-wise sales targets and ensure achievement
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
Analyze sales trends and take corrective actions
Lead, motivate, and supervise Sales Officers (SO) and field staff
Conduct regular field visits, coaching, and performance reviews
Provide training to improve selling and negotiation skills
Appoint, manage, and develop distributors within the territory
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
Ensure proper market coverage and route planning
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
Expand distribution, outlet coverage, and product reach
Support new product launches and promotional campaigns
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
Collect market feedback and share insights with management
Recommend strategies to improve market share
Ensure timely submission of sales, stock, and collection reports
Monitor credit control, outstanding payments, and claims
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Ensure proper product display, visibility, and POSM usage
Implement trade marketing activities effectively in the territory
