MARKETING SPECIALIST/GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Heiser Automotive Group is a family-owned automotive dealer group in Wisconsin, seeking a Marketing Specialist/Graphic Designer to enhance their presence in Door County. This role involves developing branding and promotional programs, managing social media content, and creating high-quality graphics for advertising while fostering community connections.

Responsibilities
Work closely within Heiser’s Marketing Team to create branding and promotional programs that position Heiser prominently in Sturgeon Bay and invite the community to work with Heiser for their automotive needs
Coordinate local advertising placements for Heiser’s Sturgeon Bay stores to reinforce the Heiser brand and create customer opportunities for all areas of the dealerships. May include a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels
Manage social media channels and content for Heiser’s Sturgeon Bay stores to engage the community, build positive brand relationships and create customer opportunities for all departments (sales, service, parts, body shop)
Oversee the selection of local sponsorship opportunities and coordinate local activities to maximize the impact they provide in building Heiser’s brand and local business
Review results of local marketing activities monthly and make adjustments to further improve effectiveness
Design graphics for use in promotions and advertising across all Heiser stores in Wisconsin. Graphics will be used for both digital and traditional advertising
Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Heiser Marketing Team to create and maintain a visual brand identity that will provide visual consistency across all Heiser’s businesses
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design or marketing
2+ years' experience in marketing, graphic design or sales
Knowledge of and experience working with graphic design and interactive media software
A design portfolio that includes both digital design and traditional design work. (School-based project work is acceptable.)
Understanding of the principles of marketing, branding and community engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outgoing, can-do personality comfortable interacting with the public
Ability to function as part of a team, and able to work independently
